What is a mobile car inspection, and how does it work?

A mobile car inspection brings a certified vehicle expert directly to you, the seller's location, or a dealership. Instead of driving a used car to a traditional workshop, our inspector arrives fully equipped with diagnostic tools to evaluate the vehicle's mechanical, electrical, structural, and cosmetic condition on-site.

Do I need to be present during the inspection?

No, your presence isn't required. If you are buying a car remotely, we can coordinate directly with the seller. Once the inspection is complete, we will email you a highly detailed digital report with photos, diagnostic data, and our expert recommendations. After reviewing your report, feel free to call or WhatsApp us. Our team is happy to chat and answer any questions you have about the vehicle's condition.

Where can the inspection take place?

We can perform the inspection anywhere with a flat surface and enough working room—such as a residential driveway, a parking lot, or a dealership courtyard.

How long does a mobile car inspection take?

The Standard inspection typically takes between 40 to 60 minutes, while the Comprehensive and Premium inspections take up to 90 minutes, depending on the make, model, and overall condition of the vehicle.

Can you check the chassis thoroughly without a workshop hydraulic lift?

Yes. Our inspectors utilize specialized low-profile jacks, ramps, high-intensity undercar lighting, and HD scope cameras to meticulously inspect the undercarriage, suspension components, and frame rails for any structural damage, leaks, or signs of past accidents.

When and how do I get the inspection report?

Your digital report will be emailed instantly after the inspection. Please allow up to two hours in some cases. The report features detailed information and high-resolution photos of any issues found, and the inspector's final summary. The Comprehensive Plus package also includes real-time videos of the major issues.

Do you provide a price estimate for repairs found?

Our primary role is to offer an unbiased, independent evaluation of the vehicle's health. While we don't provide exact garage quotes, our inspectors can give you an estimate of the severity of the issues so you can use the report as a powerful tool to negotiate a fair buying price.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

We understand plans change! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your slot. Simply call our toll-free, mobile hotline or Whatsapp us (050 2212711), and our team will handle the adjustment for you.

What if I miss my appointment or cannot be there to show the car?

Because we dedicate a full 40-to-90-minute window exclusively to your vehicle, we are unable to offer a refund if no one is available to grant access when our technician arrives.

Welcome to the website of Vroom Check CO. L.L.C S.O.C (hereinafter referred to as "Vroom", "we", "us" or "our"). By placing an order, booking an inspection, or utilizing our services, you (hereinafter referred to as the "Client", "they", "them" or "their") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Regional Scope

Our mobile teams operate exclusively inside the geographic borders of the United Arab Emirates. We do not facilitate inspections for assets located outside the UAE.

2. Checkout, Currencies, and Refund Paths

Vroom utilizes a direct, upfront payment structure. Full payment must be processed securely through Vroom's platform prior to the confirmation of the appointment slot.

All online payments are handled securely and processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) utilizing Visa or MasterCard networks.

In instances where a refund is formally approved by our administration under Section 3, the transaction will be routed back exclusively to the bank card used at the time of purchase.

3. Booking Adjustments, Cancellation & No-Show Policies

The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule an inspection without penalty.

To modify a booking, the Client must notify Vroom via phone or WhatsApp a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The Client is entitled to one (1) complimentary rescheduling per booking. Any adjustment to the date or time is subject to the agreement of both parties. In the event that a rescheduled time cannot be mutually agreed upon, Vroom shall issue a full refund.

Cancellations or Adjustment requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or instances where our technician arrives but cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time (due to client or seller absence), will result in an immediate cancellation of the booking and the full payment will be strictly non-refundable.

4. Nature of Assessment & Liability Limits

The inspection provided by Vroom is strictly limited to a visual and digital diagnostic assessment of the vehicle's current condition at the exact date and time of the physical inspection.

The service does not involve the dismantling, teardown, or removal of any vehicle parts or components.

The parameters of the inspection are strictly confined to the checkboxes, data fields, and notes explicitly featured within the final report. With the exception of intentional misconduct or gross negligence as dictated by UAE federal courts, Vroom's maximum financial liability for any claims, errors, or oversights within an inspection shall never exceed the exact amount paid by the client for that specific inspection.

Vroom is entirely exempt from covering repair costs, part replacements, or honoring subsequent technical evaluations provided by outside workshops, dealerships, or mechanics after our inspection is completed.

Vroom offers technical data, not financial advice. We do not evaluate market values, negotiate prices, or advise whether you should buy the vehicle. The entire financial risk of the purchase rests with the Client.

6. Pre-Inspection Logistics

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, accessible, and flat location that allows our technician to perform their duties securely. Vroom reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed hazardous (e.g., on a busy highway shoulder or a restricted zone), and the full service fee will remain applicable.

The Client must ensure that the vehicle owner/seller grants full permission, physical access, and the vehicle keys to our technician at the time of the appointment.

7. Integrity & Workplace Safety

We strictly prohibit any interference with our inspection process. Should a buyer, seller, or agent attempt to bribe, threaten, or influence a technician's objective findings, the inspection will cease instantly, the report will not be issued, and no refunds will be granted.

We enforce a safe working environment for our team. Any harassment, verbal abuse, or hostile behavior at the location will lead to immediate service cancellation with total forfeiture of fees.

8. Reliance and Third-Party Restriction

Reliance on the final inspection report is strictly restricted to the original contracting Client who purchased the service. No liability or duty of care is extended to external third parties.

If the Client procured this report from an external party (such as a vehicle seller or a third-party broker), the Client has no legal right to rely on its contents, and Vroom assumes no legal responsibility toward you.

The findings reflect a professional interpretation of the asset's current wear-and-tear profile and are meant solely as a supplementary reference. This report does not constitute commercial or investment advice regarding the acquisition or disposal of the asset; the final purchase decision remains the sole obligation and risk of the client.

9. Limitation of Historic Reports

Any previously generated inspection report resold or provided by Vroom is strictly for historic reporting purposes. Such reports will only be disclosed or transferred upon the booking and/or request of a formal re-inspection for the same vehicle.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, formatting, software, branding, and intellectual property embedded within our website and the final inspection report remain the sole and exclusive property of Vroom. Reports may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed publicly without explicit written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, along with any disputes arising out of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai.
